Order Returns and Refunds
  • Returns of reasonable nature are accepted if returned in original condition.  Items returned must be in original condition, including original tags attached to the item, and individual packaging exclusive of any shipping package. 
  • Returns must be made by the purchaser of the items.  Gifts can not be exchanged. 
  • Make sure you check your order for damage due to shipping. Contact us by email or phone prior to returning the items.  
  • We do not pay for damage due to use after receipt. A 10% restocking fee may be assessed on return.  We do not make exchanges for returned items.  Please order again if you want something else.
  • Credits to credit cards will be made electronically and credits to checks are made by mail in US funds.
  • We do not take phone orders since all the card processing is done online securely.
  • Customers are responsible for any postage to return items. If we agree to pay a refund for return postage, it will be refunded based on the cost of US Postal Service charges.
  • We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or failure of customer to pick up or otherwise arrange to receive the orders. Make sure you provide the correct addresses.
  • Postage paid is not refundable for returned items. 
  • We ship quickly. If you want to cancel your order, contact us immediately.  We will not refund postage for orders shipped and later cancelled.
