Order Returns and Refunds
- Returns of reasonable nature are accepted if returned in original condition. A 10% restocking fee may be assessed on return.
- Make sure you check your order for damage due to shipping. Contact us by email or phone prior to returning the items.
- We do not pay for damage due to use after receipt. Items returned must be in original condition, including original tags attached to the item, and individual packaging exclusive of any shipping package.
- Credits to credit cards will be made electronically and credits to checks are made by mail in US funds.
- Customers are responsible for any postage to return items. If we agree to pay a refund for return postage, it will be refunded based on the cost of US Postal Service charges or UPS whichever is cheaper.
- We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or failure of customer to pick up or otherwise arrange to receive the orders. Make sure you provide the correct addresses.
- Postage paid is not refundable for returned items.
- We ship quickly. If you want to cancel your order, contact us immediately. We will not refund postage for orders shipped and later cancelled.
- Refunds will be made to your payment method for the purchase price. We may charge a 10% restocking fee if the order received free shipping.
