Folkmanis Great Horned Owl Puppets

The Folkmanis Great Horned Owl puppets are 18 inches (45.7 cm) tall and have yellow and black eyes that blink and a head that rotates. There is light and dark brown material above the eyes to make it look like bushy eyebrows. The feet have plastic claws and the feet have realistic dark material with texture for the soles of the feet.

 

 

You put your hand in the owl from underneath near the feet. The puppeteer can put his or her thumb and/or finger in the wings to move them slightly, but the wings don't flap. The head can be rotated turning a stick inside the head and you can blink the eyes by raising and lowering a lever on the stick. Released February 2003.

 

The owl is 13 inches (33 cm) tall from the feet to the top of the head. The tail extends below the feet by about 5 inches (12.7 cm).
