Mermaid Tiara

The Elope Mermaid Tiara is a really cute party hat or dressup hat. It fits children or adults. It is made of cloth in the shape of shells and starfish with white pearls glued to the tiara play hat. The head band is dark blue and has a large green shell above the center of the headband and about 4 inches tall a the center. There are two purple florescent star fish on either side of the shell, and and white pearls along the headband and between the stars and shell.

 

Non toxic, non-allergenic materials. The tiara is not suitable for children under 3 due to possible choking hazard from small parts.
