The original Folkmanis polar bear was 18
inches long and had a mouth that could be moved. The bear puppet
design received the 1999
Oppenheim Toy Portfolio, Gold Seal Award. This
puppet was discontinued November 2003.
A new Polar Bear puppet was released in October 2005 and can be combined
with a children's book, Polar
Bear, Polar Bear, What Do you Year.
