an adjustable head band with velcro tabs. The hat is about 7
inches tall (not including the horn) and about 15 inches from
front to back. You can put your hand in the mouth and move the
lower lip. Hat has a secret compartment inside where you can
put a note. Use this for a party hat, for school plays, or for
