some questions about delivery times you may want to know. Details
on delivery times and shipping are also provided at our order
help page.

to sign up, just give us you name and email address and we will
will do the rest. Folkmanis comes out with new puppets in the
winter/spring and late summer/Fall. Don't miss out on the new
puppets or ones that are being discontinued.
Orders Shipped Outside
United States
- The person getting the package is responsible
for paying any customs, VAT, GST, PST, or other fees on receipt
of the package. Canada - heavy orders will be shipped UPS ground
unless you make arrangements with us to pay extra costs for US
Postal service delivery. UPS will probably charge handling fees
above and beyond the cost to get the order delivered to you.
- We can
not mark packages as a Gift. If you
want to send a gift to someone outside the US, then you should
have the package delivered to you so you can mail it.
If your order is receiving free shipping
(over $95) and is being shipped to a US address, then your order
will most likely be shipped by United Parcel Services (UPS).
Delivery takes about a week to the East Coast, less time the
closer you are to Seattle WA.
Shipping time varies depending on where
the order is shipped.
- Orders to the United States and Canada
are shipped by US Postal Service (priority mail) or United Parcel
Service (ground service) depending on the order amount. Orders
receiving free shipping are usually sent by United Parcel Service.
Typical delivery times to the East Coast are 4 - 5 days by US
Postal Service and 5 - 7 days by UPS Ground Service. Less time
the closer you are to Seattle Washington. These shipping times
are business days after we ship. If an item is not in stock,
it may take an extra week for delivery.
- We do not automatically offer next day
or 2nd day delivery since it is possible that we don't have all
the stock on hand, but will soon. We can ship by US Postal Service
Express Mail (2 days to most places in the US) or UPS 2nd Air
or Next Day Air at extra costs. If you need it sooner than the
normal priority mail (orders under $38) or UPS Ground Service
(orders over ~$38) then you need to contact us very soon after
the order is placed as we usually package and send the order
out within a few days or less.
- Orders Outside the US are all sent by
US Postal Service as explained in our details
on shipping. Faster delivery is available but may require
extra postage.
We will notify you when the order has shipped.
If sent by UPS, you will get a tracking number. If sent by US
Postal Service Express mail, you will get a tracking number.
We can not track any other packages sent by the US Postal Service
(Post Office).
If you do not get an email
confirming your order within the hour
it is probably because you gave us an incorrect email address.
Or, you may have a spam filter on that will prevent receiving
the email, especially for those with AOL. The confirming email
will be from  and
will have Order Confirmation from Act II Books and Puppets in
the title. Please write to us at this email if you don't get
a confirming email. |
