Chicken has to go to bed and asks Papa to read a story. But Papa says to not interrupt. When they start to read Hansel and Gretal, Chicken clucks in to tell the two kids to not listen to the witch, she is bad. So they walk away. The end.
Papa said not to interrupt. But Chicken still wants a story read. So Papa reads a second, then a third story, but Chicken interrupts each time.
Finally, Papa says there are no more stories to read so he asks Chicken to read a story. And he does, with a funny ending you are sure to want to read.
